Framework for Online Payment Integration
Recently, I used Heptabase (a visual learning tool) to organize my payment integration experience into a framework with two parts.Part A — Before Integration: How a product manager can clarify objectives and align with key stakeholders such as Business, Legal, Engineering, and Finance & Accounting. Part B — After Integration: How to continuously optimize the payment domain, focusing on metrics like conversion rate and processing cost. This framework is designed to help think systematically.
